Healthy Home Wellness – Booking Terms & Agreement 2025

By booking a consultation with Ashley Iovinelli / Healthy Home Wellness (“HHW”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All consultations, content, and recommendations provided by HHW are for educational and informational purposes only. Ashley Iovinelli, founder of HHW, does not provide medical, legal, or environmental remediation services, and does not diagnose or treat any medical conditions. Her role is limited to providing educational guidance and resources related to wellness, mold, and indoor air quality based on her certifications and expertise. However, she does not make decisions on behalf of clients. The Client is solely responsible for how they choose to interpret and apply the information provided.

The Client understands that all decisions regarding their home—including hiring third-party contractors, inspectors, remediators, or purchasing products and services—are made solely at their own discretion and risk. While HHW may provide educational resources, referrals, or recommendations, the Consultant does not make or influence final decisions on the Client’s behalf and assumes no responsibility for third-party actions or outcomes.

Ashley Iovinelli and Healthy Home Wellness (HHW) operate independently of all third-party service providers, including but not limited to inspectors, contractors, and remediation professionals, with no financial affiliations or incentives related to their services. Ashley may hold affiliate relationships with certain wellness or home-related products; any such affiliations will be clearly disclosed on her website or relevant materials. However, the inclusion of affiliate links or product recommendations does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of those products or services. HHW is not responsible or liable for the quality, effectiveness, or outcomes associated with any third-party products or services, whether affiliated or not. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to evaluate and make informed decisions about any third-party engagements, and all use of such products or services is at the Client’s own risk.

HHW makes no guarantees or representations regarding the performance, services, products, or results of any third parties recommended or discussed (or not discussed) during consultations. It is the Client’s responsibility to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any third-party providers or purchasing any products or services. The Client acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to determine who they hire, what they choose to buy, and any actions they take regarding their home, property, or health. HHW and Ashley Iovinelli are not liable for any outcomes, damages, or consequences resulting from the Client’s independent decisions or the implementation of any information provided.

Ashley Iovinelli is a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Certified Mold Inspector, and Certified Air Quality Inspector, operating in an educational capacity only. She does not act as a licensed contractor, mold remediator, medical professional, or legal advisor, and does not provide remediation services or professional certifications in those fields.

By proceeding with services from HHW, the Client acknowledges and accepts this limited scope of services and takes full responsibility for their own decisions. The Client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Ashley Iovinelli and HHW from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities—direct or indirect—that may result from the Client’s decisions, actions or the actions of any third-party service providers. No guarantees of specific outcomes or results are provided.

By scheduling a consultation, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging with the services of Ashley Iovinelli and Healthy Home Wellness (HHW), the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms outlined in this Agreement. These terms are in place to ensure clear communication, mutual understanding, and a supportive, empowering experience for everyone involved.  Ashley looks forward to working with you and supporting your journey toward a healthier home.
