Healthy Home Wellness – Booking Terms & Agreement

By booking a consultation or service with Ashley Iovinelli/Healthy Home Wellness ("HHW"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All consultations, content, and recommendations provided by HHW are for educational and informational purposes only. Ashley Iovinelli, founder of HHW, does not provide medical, legal, or environmental remediation services, and does not diagnose or treat any medical conditions. Her role is limited to offering general wellness guidance and non-medical, non-legal education focused on creating healthier living environments.

The Client understands that all decisions regarding their home, including but not limited to hiring third-party contractors, inspectors, remediation professionals, or purchasing products or services, are made solely at their own discretion and risk. While the Consultant may provide educational information, resources, and referrals, the Consultant does not make or influence any final decisions on behalf of the Client.

The Consultant shall not be held responsible or liable for any actions, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the performance of third-party professionals, services, or products that the Client hires, purchases, or utilizes. The Client acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to conduct due diligence and make independent decisions regarding any third parties they engage with. HHW makes no representations or guarantees regarding the actions, results, or performance of any third parties recommended or referred during consultations.

The Consultant’s role is strictly limited to providing general education and guidance on healthy home living. The Consultant is not acting as a licensed contractor, licensed mold remediator, medical professional, or legal professional.

Ashley Iovinelli (HHW) is a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Certified Mold Inspector, and Certified Air Quality Inspector. While she holds certifications in these areas, her role is limited to providing educational guidance and information regarding wellness, healthier home living, air quality, and mold issues. The Consultant does not diagnose, treat, or offer remediation services, nor does she act as a licensed contractor, medical, or legal advisor. The Client acknowledges that any decisions regarding mold remediation, air quality solutions, or other third-party services are made independently, at their discretion, and at their own risk.

Ashley Iovinelli (HHW) works independently of any third-party contractors, companies, or service providers. She acts as an advocate for the Client, offering education, resources, and recommendations, but does not have financial ties or affiliations with any third parties, including mold remediators, contractors, or inspectors. Her role is to support and empower the Client to make informed decisions, but all engagement with third parties is at the Client’s own discretion.

By proceeding with services from HHW, the Client acknowledges that they understand and accept this limited scope of services and take full responsibility for their own decisions. The Client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Consultant from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities—direct or indirect—that may arise from their decisions or the work carried out on their home by any other party.

The Client further agrees to indemnify and defend the Consultant against any claims, costs, or liabilities, including attorney fees, arising from actions taken by the Client or third parties the Client hires in connection with their home. No guarantees of outcomes or results are provided, and HHW is not liable for the choices or consequences arising from third-party engagements.
